Female figure among leaves and fruits

This is called Targa Carabelli/Carabelli Plate: a bas-relief signed L.A. on the left and bearing an inscription: “Dedicated to Carabelli Ambrogio who in hard conflicts, with his fervent, placid and efficacious work succeded in keeping careful watch over class interests. his grateful friends and colleagues dedicate to him, June”. The exact date was lost for the breaking and the loss of part of the plaster. According to size and style it should be dated 1906, as the other small bas-reliefs. It shows links with the funerary sculptural production of this period and with ‘fluent graphism’ Bistolfi style.
