Deposition

Signed and dated at the bottom of the base 1922 L.A. this art piece, probably refers to a funeral monument, even though we have no information of marble versions or castings. It is finely modelled and it resumes and repeats a way of grouping three figures with great dramatic intensity, as in the tragic "Forgiveness" group.
